Four steps from a new account to your first project in Kvendra.

Create your account on a Pro or Team plan.

You're done when: you can sign in to your account.

2. Install the plugin

In Claude Code, run these two commands.

/plugin marketplace add KvendraAI/kvendra-skills
/plugin install kvendra-skills@kvendra-marketplace

You're done when: typing /kvendra in Claude Code lists the Kvendra skills.

Run /mcp, choose kvendra-cloud and sign in with your Kvendra account.

/mcp

You're done when: /mcp shows kvendra-cloud as connected.

From your project folder, run:

/kvendra-skills:onboard-project

You're done when: your project appears in Projects.

Ask for what you need in your own words through one entry point:

/kvendra-skills:kvendra <what you want to do>

It reads your project's knowledge base and takes you to the right next step — a new feature, a bug fix, a task or a requirement.

For example: /kvendra-skills:kvendra add CSV export to the reports page
